The company’s silos and machinery are specifically designed for storing and transporting bulk materials such as wood chips, ashes, bio-waste, etc.

No push floor is standard, as Agrotecnica is committed to meeting the specific needs and desires of its clients. With the support of their expert team, the optimal solution is always sought.

Depending on the required capacity and plant characteristics, the appropriate type of storage and extraction system is proposed.

The Mobile Floor

Push floors are specially designed for extracting materials stored in piles or trenches. They are typically installed in rectangular tanks or bunkers. The alternating movement of the frames moves the material toward the desired discharge point. This discharge type ensures reliable material extraction and enables the storage of large volumes.

The push floor consists of hydraulically operated frames placed side by side. Through the alternating movement of the frames, bulk materials are transported to the discharge point or another downstream transport unit.

Key Advantages of Push floors:

1

Operational Flexibility:

Push floors allow for quick and versatile loading and unloading of materials, making them ideal for a wide range of applications, from solid waste to agriculture. This flexibility optimizes workflow and easily adapts to different transport needs.
2

Storage and Transport Efficiency:

Thanks to layer-by-layer movement, bulk materials are discharged continuously and in a controlled manner. This allows for precise control of the quantity and discharge rate. Mobile floors are suitable for emptying large areas, rectangular silos, and bunkers, as they push all the material forward evenly, even at the container edges.
3

Reduced Maintenance:

Compared to other transport systems, such as conveyor belts or screw conveyors, mobile floors have fewer mechanical parts that can wear out, making them a relatively low-maintenance solution.
