PLANT REPORT
Dewatered Sludge Storage Facility TERMENO 1216
During the modernization of the Termeno wastewater treatment plant in 2015, a silo was built for the storage of dewatered sludge, making the sludge loading process onto transport vehicles more efficient and cost-effective. The 100 m³ capacity silo is loaded via a progressive cavity pump and pipeline. The silo is equipped with the well-proven sliding frame system with an extraction screw conveyor. Accessibility to the silo is provided by a walkway up to the extractor level and a ship ladder to the roof.
